You had a Bad Day

Have you ever woken up on the wrong side of the bed, or stepped out of your house and had that heavy feeling of dread that maybe you should have just slept on through today? At the end of a day, when I think back on everything that happened, I sometimes wonder what it would have been like if I had just stayed home and missed everything? One of our music teachers had her mobile phone stolen (after recently replacing one that had broken!). After waiting for an hour and a half at the police station filing a report, she waited through one and a half hours of traffic, 3 car pile-ups on the M4, and Parramatta Westfield sale crazy mad-parking! Face flushed and you can imagine how she would be feeling, she walks in to find one of her dedicated, talented students practising on his own for the previous 30 minutes. For the next hour, she can relax and listen to the sounds of music from her talented students. There is nothing like listening to music and playing out your frustrations of a bad day on an instrument. I always thought that must be where all of the passion from many famous musicians comes from.
